You are here with the intention to break free from old fears and limitations. You are willing to see that your story is just a story and that you can create a new story altogether. You are willing to take back your inner power and own it.

 

For that brave decision, I congratulate you. 

 

In the coming weeks, we will dive into what it is that is keeping you from living the life you want. Into what is keeping you from doing the things your heart desires. From speaking up for yourself. From finding your soul's purpose. From choosing what is best for you.

Step by step you will actively decide to let go. Release what no longer serves you, become aligned again with what you want again, with who you want to be, who you have always been. 

 

You will practice many exercises, journaling prompts, and other tools that give you the confidence to be your authentic self. I will share video's and work of thought leaders to inspire you and shift your mindset. I will teach you meditations to help you keeping aligned when life as usual takes over. Show you ways to motivate you to keep on going, even if your old beliefs show up again. 

You will work on designing your own empowering practice, so you can stay in tune after this course is over. You will learn how you can learn to rely on yourself. And what to do when you fall back. You will find the confidence to access your inner power any moment you choose to. So you can really be free.

You can be proud of yourself.

This e-mail is a reminder that your next module is online, and contains links to the audio introduction and the workbook of that week.

Modules are self-paced, so you can work through them at your own pace.

How can I book my included1-1 call?

You can go to the agenda and book your call.

How do I know follow the course?

You will receive an email every week for your next module. Since the course is self-paced, you can always move on to the next module earlier or later at your own convience.  ​

 

How much time does each module take?

The modules are designed to take about 2 -2,5 hours of your time weekly.  

I feel depressed or anxious. What can I do?

This program is designed for you to dive into your emotions and feelings. Uncomfortable, sad feelings or old fears may surface for you to process and heal along the way. This program is by no means designed as mental health care tool. If you have feelings that you cannot cope with, I urgently request you to contact a professional health care practitioner and talk to family/friends. You can always contact me if you want to talk.
